Arrival in Guwahati

On your arrival at Guwahati Airport / Railway station, you will be welcomed by our company representative after that transfer to your hotel and the rest of the day at leisure.

Guwahati to Nameri National Park (Approx.225 KM / 5-6 Hours)

Today early morning visit the Kamakhya Devi Temple which is one of 51 the Shakti Pithas and is located on Nilanchal Hill West of Guwahati, then drive towards Nameri National Park, on arrival in Nameri check-in to the hotel, The Nameri National Park is located in the foothills of the Eastern Himalayas, the park is known for its substantial population of elephants and Nature trails through thick jungle and dry riverbeds, organized by forest authorities and accompanied by a forest guard, offers the visitors for bird watching. Birdlife is varied and abundant with nearly 400 species finding their way into an ever-expanding checklist, you can also enjoy Rafting in the gentle rapids of the Jia-Bhoroli River and another activity that can be enjoyed is angling.



Nameri National Park to Dirang (Approx.165 KM / 5-6 Hours)

Today after breakfast drive towards Dirang that has the picturesque Monpa valley (8600 Feet). En-Route we will visit the Bomdila Monastery which was constructed by Tsona Gontse Rinpoche (The 12th Reincarnate), the monastery is one of the most famous attractions of Bomdila and was inaugurated in 1965 and is an abode for the monks and Lamas. Upon arrival at Dirang Check-In to the hotel and in the evening you are free to visit the hot water spring, regional sheep farm, Sangti Valley and Yak research centre.

Dirang – Sela Pass – Tawang (Approx.130 KM / 4-5 Hours)

Today after breakfast drive towards the most famous tourist destination of Arunachal Pradesh known as Tawang, you will drive through the beautiful valley of Dirang to reach the Sela Pass (13680 Feet) en-route bubbling river and colourful tribes will greet you also spend some time around Paradise Lake. Later continue your drive towards Tawang on arrival Check-In to the hotel and in the evening visit the Craft Centre and traditional Monpa village.




Tawang – Bumla Pass – Tawang (Approx.40 KM / 2 Hours)

Today early morning drive towards Bumla Pass (Altitude 4600 Meter / 15,200 Feet) which is located on the Indo-China border. This pass is one of the most off-beat mountain passes in the world and is on the route that was taken by the 14th Dalai Lama when he escaped China to seek refuge in India. Later visit the famous Tawang Monastery which was founded by Mera Lama Lodre Gyaltso in the 17th Century, he was the contemporary of the 5th Dalai Lama. At present, the monastery accommodates more than 500 monks and houses priceless Buddhist texts and scriptures.

Tawang – Zemithang – Tawang (Approx.80 KM / 3-4 Hours)

Today early morning drive for an excursion towards Zemithang here you will visit the sky looming Gorsam Chorten which was constructed by Lama Prathar of Kharman village in 13th Century many devotees visit it during the Gorsam-Kora festival




Tawang to Bomdila (Approx.170 KM / 5-6 Hours)

Today after breakfast drive back towards Bomdila, en-route stop to visit the 1962 Indo-China war memorial dedicated to Rifleman Jaswant Singh Rawat of the 4th Battalion of the Garhwal Rifles Infantry Regiment, he showed his heroism by fighting and holding back the Chinese army for 72 hours all by himself before succumbing to an enemy bullet. The memorial is located 25 KM from Tawang and is surrounded by scenic terrain just below the Sela Pass. Continue your drive towards Bomdila en-route enjoy the beauty of Snow-Clad peaks namely Kangto (7090 Meter), Nyegi Kangsang (7050 Meter), Gorichen (6488 Meter). On arrival check-in to the hotel, the evening is at leisure.

Bomdila to Tezpur (Approx.155 KM / 5-6 Hours)

Today after breakfast drive towards Tezpur, on arrival check-in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure or free to explore on your own.



Tezpur to Shillong (Approx.250 KM / 5-6 Hours)

Today after breakfast drive towards Shillong, en-route halt at the Umiam Lake which was created by damming the Umiam River. On arrival Check-in to the hotel, after some rest go on a local sightseeing tour of Shillong, Shillong is also called “Scotland of the East” visit the Don Bosco Centre for Indigenous Cultures, Lady Hydari Park, Wards Lake, Shillong Golf Course and Mary Help of Christians Cathedral followed by a visit to Mall road.

Shillong – Dawki – Mawlynnong – Cherrapunjee (Approx.200 KM / 6-7 Hours)

Today after breakfast drive towards Dawki where you can enjoy water activities (On direct payment basis) in the Umngot river, later drive towards Mawlynnong the cleanest village in Asia, en-route visit balancing rock of Mawlynnong after reaching Mawlynnong visit the Single Decker living root bridge in the Jungle later climb upon the locally made watchtower which is made from bamboo the tower gives you a 360-degree view of the area, later continue your drive towards Cherrapunjee, on arrival check-in to the hotel and the rest of the day at leisure.

Cherrapunjee Sightseeing

Today after breakfast go on a sightseeing tour of Cherrapunjee, Cherrapunjee is historically known as Sohra, here you can visit the Jinhkeing Nongriat Double Decker Living root bridge, Mawsmai Cave, Nohkalikai waterfall which is the tallest plunge waterfall in India and its height is 1115 feet, also visit the Seven Sister Waterfall, Khoh Ramhah and of time permits also visit Eco Park.

Cherrapunjee to Guwahati and departure (Approx.150 KM / 4-5 Hours)

Today after breakfast drive towards Guwahati, on arrival transfer to Guwahati Airport / Railway Station for onward journey
